Amira Boudalia is a Paris Bar-qualified lawyer advising on corporate/M&A transactions and cross-border disputes. She is currently in the process of qualifying as a solicitor in England & Wales. She advises clients on a range of M&A transactions and is also involved in international litigation and arbitration matters, particularly in complex and multi-jurisdictional contexts. She has developed experience across a range of sectors, including transport-related matters.

Amira trained at leading international law firms in Paris and Brussels, worked within the French Ministry of the Interior on international and European litigation matters, and has also practised in the United Arab Emirates prior to joining ADNA.

Amira holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M. in International Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College London.
