Laila is an associate at ADNA focusing on real estate, hospitality and industrial projects. She advises Moroccan and international clients on complex matters relating to the structuring, development and operation of real estate and hotel assets. Her work includes the drafting and negotiation of hotel management agreements, construction contracts and architect agreements, as well as the preparation and implementation of co-ownership regulations for large-scale real estate projects. She regularly supports investors and operators with the contractual structuring of their projects, from development through to the operational phase. Before joining ADNA, Laila worked at leading international law firms. She has an international legal background and works seamlessly in French, English and Arabic.
