Claudia is an Attorney at Law admitted to the Paris Bar. She focuses on cross-border disputes, international arbitration, as well as post-arbitration litigation and international enforcement proceedings; advising international clients on the management of complex disputes across a wide range of sectors (construction, energy and natural resources, PPPs, retail, trade etc.). Claudia represents clients before domestic courts and arbitral institutions including ICC ICSID. Her practice also covers post-arbitration litigation, including the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and international debt recovery. Claudia holds a Master’s degree in International Trade Law from the University of Montpellier, France.
