Dina’s practice includes banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, investments (listed and unlisted companies for operators or investment funds), joint ventures, market transactions as well as bank financing operations.

Dina practiced as a lawyer of large law firms in Paris as well as in the legal department of the NGE Group.

Dina is qualified as a lawyer in the Paris Bar. She holds a master degree from University Paris II – Assas and also a master degree in business law from Université Paris I – Sorbonne.

Dina is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
