Ghali is a business law professional with experience in regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions. He assists teams on acquisition and disposal transactions involving listed and non-listed companies, as well as on restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity operations. He contributes to legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and the drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the International University of Rabat. Ghali is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
