Laila’s main fields of expertise are corporate and financial law, competition law, and project finance. She advises on mergers & acquisitions, SHA and SPAs agreements, establishment of joint-ventures and relevant project documentation.

Before joining ADNA, Laila Boujida practiced in several  international law firms.

She speaks French, English, Spanish and Arabic.
