A lawyer specialized in international law, labor law, and corporate law, Owen has gained significant experience prior to joining ADNA, notably at ProximA International. He has developed strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory for companies, and the management of complex litigation matters, with a solid ability in legal analysis and risk management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Université Protestante au Congo and a Master’s degree in International Law from Cyprus International University. He has strong skills in compliance and legal drafting, with full proficiency in French, a good command of English, and working knowledge of Lingala and Swahili.
