Segui has dual training in law and finance and has extensive experience in project finance, PPPs, corporate finance and investment law. He advises a diverse clientele including governments, international financial institutions, developers and private companies, on complex projects particularly in French-speaking Africa. His practice includes infrastructure and energy project financing, corporate financing (current account advances, SHAs, share transfers), PPP projects and public contracts (PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M), OHADA company law, securities and obligations, legal Due Diligence. He also holds several certifications, including in PPP (World Bank), infrastructure financing and public contract law.
